Syria supports Serbia's territorial integrity

Syrian Ambassador to Serbia Majed Shadoud said Tuesday, during his meeting with the head of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) Tomislav Nikolic, that Syria supported Serbia's territorial integrity and its diplomatic struggle to keep Kosovo as its integral part, the SNS announced.

Syria has been against recognizing Kosovo's independence since the beginning, Shadoud stressed.

Nikolic and Shadoud exchanged their views on the current political and economic situation, agreeing that it was necessary to strengthen the economic cooperation between the two countries.
