Mercator acquires M - Rodic

Mercator reported on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange website on May 29 that it had bought the remaining shares in M-Rodic on the basis of a strategic merger agreement from Oct. 2006, according to which the price of a 100-percent stake amounted EUR152 million.
